Attention SAPD Retirees:
I am please to announce that the Fire and Police Pension Board voted unanimously to issue the 13th and 14th checks this morning at the regular Pension Board meeting. All retirees should be getting an official letter in the mail from the Pension Fund outlining when the checks will be mailed out. The board voted that the checks would be mailed out on Nov. 9th and Nov. 16th respecttively. I hope that all retirees will have a great holiday season as a result of these great benefits. As always, I will continue to strive to make sure our Pension Fund remains one of the best in the country. Congratulations to all of you.
