Retiree Billy Anders writes a book of his tragic experience

Letters to Cloudcroft". It concerns my stay in
New Mexico's maximum security prison during
2006 and my attempt to communicate back with
those who wrote me, including many of you.

The book is dedicated to my law enforcement

partner and friend, Deputy Sheriff Robert Hedman,
of the Otero County, NM, Sheriff's Office, who was
shot and killed on December 18th, 2004.
