My wife is on a maintenance drug for high blood pressure. (which by the way is not my fault ) After the meeting at the fire union hall we looked into setting up her drugs. Considering Holidays and weekends when no mail is delivered, she received her January prescription on Dec. 27,2007.
Today in the mail, 01-25, we have already received February allocation. I live in San Antonio and do not have the problems of the rural area’s mail system that some of our retiree’s encounter. I am sure there will be some problems with our new Rx system and the mail system but you do still have the option to go to the pharmacy and pick it up yourself. Yes, there might be out of pocket expenses incurred but you have a choice.
