On behalf of the West Family, I would like to thank the retired and current SAPD officers that showed up to the funeral of Robert L. West Jr. "Bobby". He was proud to wear the SAPD badge. I can't even begin to recall the stories he used to tell about his days as a patrolman, and those that worked along side him. It is comforting to know that he is looking over each and everyone of us.
