Frank Castillon, "Mr. Homicide" passes away

Frank Castillon, age 82, of San Antonio, died
Tuesday, November 6, 2007. Mr. Castillon was
a retired member of the San Antonio Police
Department. He was the Chief Medical
Investigator for the Bexar County Medical
Examiners and for the last 22 years he worked
the Homicide Division and retired in 1977. He
was known to his friends as Mr. Homicide.

Papo was an avid walker and enjoyed Woodlawn
Lake. He was a devoted husband, father,
grandfather and great grandfather. He is
survived by his wife of 61 years, Dolores Castillon; sons,
Frank Castillon, Jr and his wife, Janet of Boerne, TX, John L. Castillon,
and Richard William Castillon and his wife, Bonnie Sue; daughter,
Cynthia Ann Vasquez and husband, Patrick, all of San Antonio, TX;
nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sisters, Billie Rodriguez
of San Antonio, TX, and Ella Vega of Los Angeles, CA;
brother, Ramon Castillon and wife, Martha of Houston, TX;
numerous nieces and nephews. ROSARY THURSDAY

Restoration Project, 1111 Culebra Road, San Antonio, Texas 78201
or the American Heart Association, 8415 Wurzbach Road,
San Antonio, Texas 78229. Pallbearers will be his grandsons:
Patrick Charles Vasquez, Michael Vasquez, Anthony Vasquez,
Richard Castillon, Jr., Paul Castillon and Dr. Frank Castillon, III.
Interment in San Fernando Cemetery #2.
