Donald Wayne Sirianni, born June 24, 1946, passed away on August 20, 2008, at the age of 62. Donnie proudly served in the US Air Force and later joined the San Antonio Police Department, where he retired after 26 years of service. He is preceded in death by his father, Octavius Sirianni. He is survived by his mother Evangeline Sirianni; his wife Melissa Sirianni; daughters Robin Belden and her husband Ronnie, Andrea Halsell and her husband Craig; son Michael Sirianni and his wife Margot; brothers, Daniel Sirianni and his wife Lorene, and Douglas Sirianni; grandchildren Devin, Chandler, Jacob, Rebecca, Craig, Jace, and Ryan and many other relatives and friends. Donnie will always be remembered for his unconditional love for his family and his passion for hockey, casino gambling, and living on the lake. The family would like to thank Dr. Gia Dice, the staff at the Cancer Care Center, the Methodist Oncology 8th ward, Dr. Paul Shaughnessy and the staff of the Texas Transplant Institute for their compassion and phenomenal care. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm Saturday, August 23, 2008 with a 4:00 service at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.
