    I agree, Bob Hueck. The other guy is Barney Fife and the dog is Rin Tin Tin.

    I wanted to let you know since no one else has said so far that the taller man on the left I believe to be Insp. John Fitch ( a damn good man) and the man holding the animal may be E.E. Peters a long time Chief of Police.

    Car I think is parked on curb along the west side of the old Police Bldg. across
    from the east side of the Bexar County Courthouse on Dwyer & Dolorosa Street.

    The man on the left is John Fitch and the man on the right is George Bicschel one of many
    Chiefs of Police. And he was Chief before Peters.
