If you are ordering your prescription refills using the
SaveDirectRx website, please be aware that your order
may not be refilled in a timely manner.
It was discovered last week that this site is not monitored
regularly and it was noted by the SaveDirectRx staff that
it is not unusual that these requests are discarded or
deleted - no rational explanation given why.
If you have ordered refills from this site you will note that
there is no confirmation or receipt given to you and therefore
you have no proof of ordering a refill. (They may argue this
point with you to give the impression you may be lying
about when you ordered your medication.)
Recommendation: DO NOT use the computer refill screen
to refill your Rx. Call your prescription directly to
210-637-5121, jump through all the hoops (press 1, press 2,
etc.)to speak to an employee directly. Be sure to record the
name of the person with whom you spoke to and the date
you called in. This is particularly important if timely
delivery of your medication is critical.
This company is growing very fast (thanks to us) with
apparently too much business to handle all the requests.
Do not be left without your meds and waiting in line
when you do not have to.
Here are some people to voice your concerns
(210-637-5121 - same hoops):
Greg Webb - President/ Co owner
Mike Norris - Co owner
Todd Roberts - Pharmacy Manager
Connie Ruiz - Front Desk manager
Coffee Cops
I talked with Todd and mentioned about not getting a confirmation when ordering from the computer. He was not aware confirmations were not given and said he will correct the problem.
ReplyDeleteOn another note, be careful, when you do receive your prescriptions, to check and see if you have the right ones. I recieved insulin that was for someone else and that person got mine. They have a new computer program they are still learning but the error was human, not computer. It was a good thing my problem was insulin and not pills because I may not have checked the pills. Otherwise it wouldn't be called SaveDirect anymore, it would be McInnisDirect.
