Danny Schwartz born March 25, 1934 in San Antonio, Texas went to be with our Lord on September 18, 2008 at the age of 74. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irene and Meyer Schwartz; sister, Jacqueline R. Berkover; brother, Ret. Fire Capt. Raymond L. Schwartz. He is survived by his brothers, Sam Schwartz and wife, Dorothy R. of Victoria; Alfred E. Schwartz; sister, Alice Sweet; sisters-in-law, Janice L. Schwartz and Lottie Mae Schwartz; numerous nieces and nephews. Danny was retired from San Antonio Police Department and proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, September 23, 2008, 8:30 A.M. at Alamo Funeral Home. A Funeral Ceremony will follow at 10:15 A.M. with burial following at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
