Tommy Brown called to give me the info which I will

Billy has suffered several years as a lot of you know.
He was at home and under Hospice care these last

If anyone knows someone that would want to know this info
please pass it along. Thanks, K & V Sowell

This is so true. The SAPOA has requested, and fought for, ALL the and probably never will. Historically speaking, and not intending to exclude any other presidents or officers of the SAPOA, we ALL owe Jerry Clancy, Billy Wolf and Harold Flammia our gratitude for the standard of living we now enjoy. All SAPOA presidents and board of directors have always had their hands full when it came to representing the officers and negotiating for the officer's benefits, however, Clancy, Wolf and Flammia made huge gains in our benefit packages and certainly should be applauded for their efforts and success. They should always be remembered and recognized for their hard work and leadership in bringing the SAPD and the SAPOA to the point it is today. I offer my sincere appreciation to all who have ever represented and served on the SAPOA, for it is their hard work that has made the SAPD what it is today. I wish you 'good luck' and May God Bless You and all the officers, past, present and future! Barry Badders |
